We hope you love your new ALORIN item. However, if you’re not completely satisfied or have simply changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make every shopping experience smooth and transparent.


Can I Return My Item(s)?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered or picked up.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount if prepaid by us


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Earrings must be unopened for hygiene reasons


Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or opened earrings

  • Gift cards

Can I Make an Exchange?

Yes. We offer 30-day exchanges on all eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must meet the same conditions listed above

  • Please provide your order number or confirmation email

Once approved, we will ship the replacement item to you.


When Will I Receive My Refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order.

After this time, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at alorinsupport@gmail.com with your order number.

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. ALORIN is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses by the customer.
